If you are experiencing an oral condition, Prilosec® gastro-resistant tabletsomeprazole 20mgare the recommended treatment. If you are experiencing an oral condition, you may take a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) before taking Omeprazole. It is not recommended to take a PPI before or during proton pump inhibitor (PPI) treatment. It is also not recommended to exceed the maximum recommended dose of one tablet in 24 hours to treat reflux. For children, it is important to take 15 mg of omeprazole ( Prilosec- gastro-resistant tablets ) twice daily for 21 days instead of 5 or 10 mg twice daily.

USAGE ADVICE PrEPTICS
Before taking the tablets, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of the ingredients or if you have had a hypersensitivity reaction to any of the ingredients. For PPI therapy, refer to the patient information leaflet or consult your doctor. Before taking the tablet, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medications, including supplements and herbal medicines. Omeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that helps to reduce stomach acidity. Omeprazole is used for the treatment of reflux disease (GERD), heartburn and for the treatment of omeprazole reflux. PrEPTICS is a prescription medicine that contains the following ingredients: omeprazole, esomeprazole, lansoprazole.
Before taking the capsule, read the enclosed leaflet carefully to make sure you take all the following medicines: proton pump inhibitors (such as pantoprazole, lansoprazole), lansoprazole (such as pantoprazole), rabeprazole or dexlansoprazole. For omeprazole, check with your doctor. For lansoprazole, take 1 capsule twice daily. For rabeprazole or dexlansoprazole, take 1 capsule daily. For other PPIs, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking any other medications, then if you have any questions about them. For PPI therapy if you are taking any other medications, consult your doctor before taking the tablet. For herbal supplements, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are on any of the following. Taking more than one PPI within 24 hours can cause adverse side effects: esomeprazole can cause diarrhea or stomach pain. Pantoprazole can cause constipation. Lansoprazole can cause dizziness or sedation. Dexlansoprazole can cause constipation. If you are on esomeprazole and pantoprazole, tell your doctor before taking the tablet. To avoid stomach irritation, it is best to take omeprazole with a meal. Take the tablet at the same time every day.
To prevent your esomeprazole stomach upset, you must take the tablet one hour before to avoid stomach upset. Tell your doctor if you have also taken lansoprazole. Tell your doctor if you have also taken dexlansoprazole. You should mention it in the dose of one tablet a day, instead of one at the same time.
To treat omeprazole reflux, take omeprazole with or without food.
